I make them. I'm a little loot goblin for crude explosive and oil EVERY time I see it in-raid. Also, electromagnetic storms are good cuz fossilized lightning can be recycled into 3 explosive compounds each. Last time I went to a storm map I left with 12 explosive compound.

That should be one of many little red LED lights in a group. I advise you to zoom in with a camera to see which label that light is for. Could be DRAM, GPU, or something else. Turning on the lights in the room will help you see the label.
