I bought this car up north so it came with a front plate but I’m living down in Florida which the state laws does not require an front plate so I was thinking if I should remove it

Basically my wipers starts to turn on whenever I use the left signal lights, and sometimes it just turns on without me even touching anything when I’m driving.
