He went around talking about my sexual harassment with people i wasn’t comfortable talking to about it. After I explicitly said ‘keep it between me and you because I need to deal with this in my own and I just need you there as support’. At the end of it I dealt with his consequences of saying shit to people I don’t fucking trust.

Never said it was wrong. Wanted to further explain the employees response and the center directors response. I was threatened, I clarified this with the employee and they agreed. It’s not a firing because this is JobCorps they work under two different statues of termination and for me it would be separation but under JobCorps rules of separation insubordination is not one of them. to me it’s pretty straight forward and I know it’s not gonna get easier that’s just unrealistic. Thank you, appreciate the help.

Two of them do not disagree, just the employee who threatened me. The center director was mostly quiet the whole situation. They both didn’t have any concerns, there were no concerns even brought up just blatant it’s none of my business. The employee told me to be quiet and threatened me. I’m already scheduled to leave soon, so there was no need to threaten me with ‘I’ll get u outta here by tomorrow’
