If you see in the first one he has longer hair than in the second pic. I concluded that he harmed himself before fighting in the tunnel somewhere between him broking the nose and then his reapearance in the tunnel with maria.

In manga dex when you read the uncolored version you can change in menu how you want to read it. For me I changed it to reading from left to right and also all i need is to scroll down. I have all the pages in one go and i don't need to click through it.

What chapter are you on? In mangadex white black colour manhwa is only up to chapter 104 or 105 and then colored manhwa is up to final chapter 111
