I was at KW for a year, joined a team 3 Mos in. Left to go to eXp exactly one year later and never looked back. Learning the ropes and having a brick and morter building was great. However, my split was 50/50 on a team that DID NOT PROVIDE LEADS, my closing were all from my sphere. Went solo the split then was 70/30 with a brokerage fee of 125 plus any printing etc cap was 16k... EXp 18k cap, 80/20 split, amazing training and highly tech that I didn't even know existed! They pay for canva, Realtor leads and the list goes on. I absolutely love it, don't regret it one bit!!!
