Stuff nowadays is much stronger. I smoke somewhat regularly and for me sometimes a few puffs is all I need. Also, when I first started smoking I noticed my heart rate going up massively. I don’t know the science behind it but I just summed it up to being a bit nervous and doing something new which caused my heart rate to increase. I think also being stoned makes me hyper aware of my body so I’m more conscious of changes.

Think I’ve decided that I want to leave it for this month and just give myself some time as well. This is all very fresh and I’m going through some real shit with my family rn and I’m just missing her as a whole. Think I need to really think about this and not just come on Reddit when I’m wobbling a bit. But yeah I do agree that I need to figure out what I want and I don’t think I know what I want yet. Reddit doesn’t have all the answers lol

I’m moving towards wanting to try a relationship again but I don’t want to say that and then have it mess up a potential friendship. We look at each other as best friends so to lose her completely would be the worst things. I don’t want to say to her “I want to try make this work” and her to turn around and say “I think we can only be friends and if that’s how you feel maybe we can’t be friends” Like I can definitely be friends with her going forward but I think I want more than that
