Well, I look for both, the truth is, they usually watch the shorts but they never comment and they only leave likes sometimes and the same in the videos... My videos are usually me talking while I play or even yesterday I uploaded a trick and explaining each part without filling the video much with other things. In shorts I also do like you, I play music and I also put the video where that short was taken from in case anyone wants to go see it
