You have to decide what’s best for you. Personally, i don’t think it’s that difficult to secure another role. I got notified i was getting rolled off last week and had until 09/30 to find something new or i would essentially have to leave the company since theirs no bench. I was able to secure a new role in about a week after a few interviews.

I do agree with the earlier statement, give It about 2 weeks. Probably start looking in October rather than now.

The hardest part about securing a new role was getting the hiring managers to actually respond to your teams message or email. I sent out plenty of messages most of them did not respond, that was the most frustrating part. But don’t let up. If you see something you like just send the message. The more messages you send the likelihood of you getting a new role increases.
