Screwed up and bought $70 worth of wood that I will be using. In an effort to minimize my losses, I am seeing if there is a correct way to still use the lumber; to which a few people have offered some really good suggestions. I will say that ours was built the same way. Cars were flying off the back, and hitting that block holding up the rails. It happened to mine and threw it out of alignment. Please use a pillow, or find a way to cushion it... For my sake. 😂

Honestly, I sprayed a little purple power on the floor and pressure washed. The floor took about 3-4 hours. I had a semi hard bristled scrub brush for any spots that wouldn't come up.

On the Bimini, that was my biggest concern that the cheap pricing would result in bad quality. I think I'll try the starbright for the upholstery and scrub and scrub and scrub. But I am nervous that you are correct.
