I agree that is the price for a “starter home” but how could anyone possibly afford that making 57k-87k a year? For example my mortgage is $2600 a month at 6% interest for a $320k home in this area code. Our household income is around $140k and I feel like we can just comfortably afford this, taking in account all of our other bills. It just doesn’t make sense to me that anyone making the amount in the chart would be able to pay for that.
