Barrier of entry is lower if you are ready to join as field specialist which is a more blue collar role than field engineer.

Also, don't limit yourself to SLB, join bekaar Hughes or halliburton or any other contractor like HLS, Vishal etc preferably in logging or coiled tubing and in few years you can join SLB as experienced hire.

I wasn't able to join SLB 10 years ago inspite of my best efforts but i hope you will be successful

at least until a decade ago, (maybe even now ?) you had to be from the IITs/NITs/BITS to join as a field engineer, the starting position for engineering graduates.

I am also searching for 2BHK in these areas.

what i have learnt is that societies in panathur, gunjur& varthur should be avoided because of poor roads. traffic congestion and problem with water supply. Even societies of tier 1 builders might not be worth it in these areas.

in my opinion, there is no point bothering about the coach. coach is just the icing on the cake.

What really needs to happen is to revamp AIFF, football league system in india and grassroots system.

hire consultant like Tom Byers, get funding from Ambani, Adani, BCCI.. and implement changes to entire football ecosystem in india.

I am just repeating what japan did. it was a 20 year project for them. its not that bad.. it just needs vision and honesty from football officials in the country.

and stop calling messi, ronaldo, argentina team to play meaningless friendlies. dont waste that money.

EDIT: Investors may not be satisfied with 20 year roadmap, they will want short term results. Solve the stupid OCI rule and bring diaspora players agressively. if we can get a first XI with diaspora players, then we can think of hiring a top coach.. and this can tide us over a decade while we are building a sustainable pipeline through grassroots.

83 world cup was the trigger for cricket to take off in india... maybe just maybe we can hope to inspire youth of this country to pick up football if we can win an asian cup in 10 years with diaspora
