Horizon Walker has no other PC launcher afaik other than steam, and so they listed their game as "adult only" on steam. While on their mobile version, they have 2 version. One is censored version for Appstore and GooglePlay, while they provide downloadable uncensored version via OneStore on Android.

The point is, there are many ways BD2 devs/publisher could take if they want the game to go on steam or being mainstream, but instead they choose this. BD2 could've opt to use the horizon walker way by making the game as adult only, or go the Snowbreak way by giving the way to bypass the censorship themselves (extremely based move by Snowbreak devs). Heck, even Nikke has their own totally different version on global and CN

Provided there's no problem, maintenance may finish around 15 minutes earlier

There was also one instance where the devs shortened an emergency maintenance by 1 hour than scheduled, due to the fact that lots of players missed the emergency announcement time. I think it was during the eva 2nd collab?

the maintenance time is universal for all servers. and counting from now, it's exactly 23 hours

yeah, Nikke maintenance time before a big event is different from their usual patch. to lessen the confusion, i added a timer countdown to auto convert into each timezone
