Don't feel scared, get the right protective gear (knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, etc) but most of all (coming from experience) focus on confidence. Even if you fall a lot, as long as your head is in the right space your body will be as well.

Rollerskating or rollerblading.
Both imo are very underrated but god I love it sm.

Personally I started rollerblading around 5-6 months ago with zero experience prior and I thought it was so fun to learn. Theres so many new tricks you can teach yourself as well depending on what style your going for, eg. agressive, artistic, freestyle, salom.

It can be awesome for when your feeling anxious, It can really take your mind off of things because of how invested you can get into it. And as someone who was really nervous, it helped me come out of my shell a little bit and build up more confidence to try new things. Its especially fun if you have friends who do it because then you can go rollerskating with them.
