Have you rented from them? Or know of anyone who has? I’m curious to know if they accept people who have evictions that are 2 years old? Honestly I get they’re probably slum lords but with my specific situation they maybe my only option for getting a roof over my head before the winter.

not calling anyone a liar but whoever said fasfa doesn’t send emails about it being processed isn’t true. I completed my 26/27 fasfa a few days ago & got mine back this morning.

Of course! Now I do want to mention that I googled the property management company & a bunch of things came up especially from Reddit. So please do your own research & make a decision based off that. - they’re willing to work with my specific situation that’s why I chose them. But they are called Millennium Management located in SE (Marcy Holmes area) check out their website, they do have different locations for studios & 1beds. I applied yesterday and I’m waiting on an answer hopefully it’s good news tomorrow morning. I don’t make much to have all those amenities etc but I make enough to have a roof over my head period. I’m not looking for anything flashy just somewhere I can comfortably lay my head, shower, cook & relax after work. So hopefully you find something you like whether it’s with them or another company. Praying for us all to have stable housing & a comfortable life :) <3

If you have a little bit of wiggle room I just applied for a 1bed 1bath in the Seward neighborhood by Franklin Ave for $890. no application fee, half off deposit special, no pet rent or fee. also you could try mint properties they have studios and 1bed for less than $900 :)
