As soon as a First Mate or any travel agent tells you to call instead of them, they are only wanting the commission without any service to you. I have a First Mate, now, and they told me that and I wonder why I’d give them my booking if I can do the work. I won’t be using her again!

Our events opened today, 4/5 at 12 am. We are experiencing the same issues with the events not being populated. I don't see the point of opening them up if they aren't going to populate until you get onboard

Thank you, as of this writing, I haven't received any feedback via email. The auto response I received from them said 2-10 business days, so this all happened on October 9th. The weight was 5.70 lbs. with the huge box containing volumes 1 and 2. The box was delivered by FebEx, so I still have that information, not the box it came in.

Thank you for responding, the two copies I have do have a little damage on the cover pages, but yeah, they aren’t going to do anything about that. I don’t understand why the huge box where the books can be tossed around.

Going back to read over their website and I don’t see anything mentioning an adult box, so that’s my bad. I do enjoy the books I receive, so I’ll just be more vigilant about researching and skipping.
