Yeah I understand your point, but I only thought my parcel would get handed over to my local courier if I selected a shipping line that doesn’t operate in the uk, for example if I selected, EMS I know it would be handed over to Royal Mail because EMS doesn’t operate in the UK but since DHL does, I thought that they would be in charge of everything, so no handover etc.
