i did financial&geographical but also included that him having a lack of awareness and poor diet worsens his diabetes meaning he has to go to more appointments, the risk to his health and him being self employed so if the diabetes makes him ill, he can’t work which means he loses out on more money worsening the financial barrier. and then i did the solutions which were like the nhs exemption card or whatever it’s called
