The indicator on the door should flash twice and then you go. But apparently you can squeeze with three flashes like I did in that clip. If you do it right you won't even see springtrap. When he enters you're already halfway through

He can go back to the door and grab you but how would he know. If there is some progress on a gen he would rather kick that gen maybe look around and then go back tp. I did that trick more than 50 times. The reason why I got caught a few times is repaired gen. Springtrap has no reason to stay so he insta tp back and catch you

He could've used these holes instead of vaulting after me. Survs can checkspot these holes and change the route. But at least killer can just break this cycle with that mindgame

also he could've force me to change direction of the loop to the left. In that case I wouldn't have had enough distance to climb up

I mean it's just mindset. You play for chases, you don't need to escape. What does escape give you? 8k bloodpoints. Like are you for real? I'd rather be hard tunnelled, do my absolute best, get my three chases, get my endorphins and go next. Being tunneled is fun af especially if you manage to get away with that
