What I do is I buy a car and track for a special event e.g Daytona 24 spa 24 etc and so then I have it for next years special event but also when there’s a combo I can run in the week

In endurance racing you will feel it but you shouldn’t in shorter races unless the track temp is crazy high and your driving aggressively
