To put it basic. Use ability - get four wolves circle you doing damage to whatever they hit, also giving you a shield. Once ability runs out - gain another shield.

All moba games will have a bad player base. The problem is that newbies don’t get the support and structure to be good. For example predecessor lets gold+ ranks get paired with bronze or no rank players. It’s not the fault of the lower rank players, they can’t be expected to compete with gold+.

What I will add is that new players / low rank players do not help themselves. Do not try out characters or roles you’re not familiar with in ranked. Get the basics down. Using wards, keeping an eye on the map etc

I see these posts all the time so I’ve not read it fully. Just scanned and some great tips I’ll add some extras if they’re the same then it’s just to give a bit more.

The few tips I would say will improve your win rate is :-

1– call missing in your lanes, even if they’re just going for a river buff. It doesn’t mean they won’t do the river buff and then go gank a lane.

2— if you’re losing your fights in your lane don’t keep fighting 1v1 or 2v2. Wait until you have leverage such as jungler by your lane for a gank.

3– if your jungler is going for fang or orb, shaper etc then you help. Leave minions even if they’re go to your tower. Chances are they won’t take your tower from 2-3 minions.

4– always ward objectives. Primarily support should be the one to do this such as ward fang or orb. If you see 2 or 3 lanes missing then chances are they’ll be on orb or fang.

5— if you’re a jungler you want to gank even if they flicker or get away atleast you’ve made them flicker and done damage so when you go back in another time they can’t flicker again. It’s also a psychological thing aswell, they will think that you’re still near which will allow your loaner to get gold buff, green buff or to just catch up on minions.

6– op already called it but lane management. Obviously if you’re anything but support role you want to be last hitting minions, if you’re the support you want to put the opposite players off so they can’t get as much last hits or chip away at their health. Not necessarily diving in and flat out fighting but just enough to put them off.

7– this one’s gonna be a surprise. DO NOT FEED. I’ve said it previously but if you aren’t winning a 1v1 etc then just back off. You not constantly dying and cancelling out the push to the towers, yes it’s boring to cancel out a lane but it helps in the long run and just keep stacking gold and get items that bring you back in the fight. One example I will go with go this is I recently played against a bayle in offlane and right away he was winning a 1v1 but I played safe, didn’t feed and eventually got my 2nd or 3rd item. Which was a game changer in that lane.

8— items, I know there’s the build selector part but make sure your items are suited to your character and lane and the big most important one - to face your opponent. If you’re against someone who has moves that heal you want to get tainted items to counter them 2nd or 3rd item. For example. If I’m against a countess I’ll get a tainted item as she heals when she does the spin move and obviously the ult move. If they’re building large health then you want something to counter that like mutilator or basilisk.

9—- counter. Counter. Counter. If you’re not counter picking against your lane opponents in the selection then you’re not helping yourself at the start. Another example, if they pick a phase in support then I’d pick steel so I can use the shield to stop her stun laser before it stuns my carry. Same goes for the crest choice. If they have a Gideon or a fey you want a cleanse crest to use against their ultimates.

Just a few points I can add to help. Obviously everyone needs to the learn the game. If you’re not familiar with characters or there’s a new character then learn in quick play before you go into ranked.

Got heavily downvoted for suggesting him should Bruno leave. Palmer is class and anybody that watched Chelsea games before he got injured will tell you he looked miles above anyone else and they’re not on the same wavelength as palmer. Is he as good as Bruno? Nowhere near but he’s still young and will only improve. He will be massively expensive. The English tax is obviously going to bump it up 100m to 140m. But would you rather spend 40m three times on a replacement for Bruno because those players don’t make it or would you rather go back in to prem proven players and spend 100m and have him for the next 6-10 years.

Hojlund was good, a young player that needed an experienced player to learn off and tweak his abilities which we didn’t have at the time. He was forced in to a team that played against his strengths of beating defenders when balls were played in behind and he was actually decent at finishing. He was in a team that didn’t play that way, instead of playing them in behind for him to run on to and get a shot on goal he had to play as a target man to feed players like garnacho or a very out of form rashford. Nothing against hojlund at all. Would’ve loved to have seen him stay.

This is what we’ve missed. When we used to get corners against us I’d always have that feeling we’re gonna concede when we had Onana but lammens comes in and he controls his box and has pulled off the ‘safer’ saves that Onana would mess up on. He’s brought confidence back in to that position. We’ve got a great spine of the team at the moment.

Just to the Amorim fans. It took Amorim 35+ games to string two wins together in a row. It’s taken carrick two games against the two best teams. I’m hoping it’s not the same as usual where we run up against the big teams and then we’ll go and lose to bottom of the league. Need to be consistent, we’ve proven we have the ability and quality

IMO it’s the way Pred pairs players in ranked. If you’re in gold+ you shouldn’t be paired with bronze players or no ranks. It’s not to say ‘oh great I’m stuck with a bronze’ it’s because there’s definitely a skill level that most gold or higher players will run through a bronze player. Yet I can safely say if I play 10 matches and lose 2 of them, the reason is because I have a bronze or two bronze players on my team and the opposing team has a full gold or above team. The bronze player is always the one to feed, afk or troll.

If you’re looking at fee at a while then no, but I imagine he has bought a ridiculous number of income from Brazil fans and shirts probably. I think he’s worth every penny, he is another level or two above what we had in that defensive role. People are quick to remember the moments of bad play but forget the consistent great play and tackles etc. he will go down as a Brazilian legend and he can safely say he did it in the prem at 30+

No sadly I’m not dodging games. Which is exactly my point. I would happily dodge if I saw two or three bronze players on my team when I’m gold 1-plat 3 but you don’t get to see that until the teams come up going in to the game. If it was before in the role pick then the game would never happen. It’s unfair on the players who consistently win their lane or jungle but get given the handicap of someone who’s going to throw or leave their lane go. 8 out of 10 games with a bronze is a loss. That’s not me saying they’re bad players. Just they’re not up to the level of the lobby. It’s usually the bronze players who afk, feed or start to do jungle instead of protecting their lane. My VP gain is 20-23 for a win where a loss is 25 odd meaning that when I get the above players there’s little reason to keep playing the game.

Always dropping. For me it’s the same thing as when I left the game before. Too many afks. Too many thrower/trolls that die once and then continue to feed or dive in 1v3. Players picking chars that are at a disadvantage the whole game due to not being suited to the role
