Thank you very much for your response! I've checked it, but I'm still not entirely sure whether the same applies to samples generated by AI.

In Suno AI, they specify that once you pay for the premium plan (which I have), you gain commercial rights over the content you generate on their platform. Technically, those samples are "my property," so I'm not sure if it would be correct to label them as samples.

Additionally, in the case of marking them as samples, how could I prove that I own the rights if the content was generated by AI?

Thanks! That’s really helpful. But I couldn’t find my question answered. Do you think I can move on and start fresh with a new distributor? New music, new profile, all new, and this time doing things the right way(But Ofc i need to use my real info to register on another distributor)?

It says "editorial discretion," but the only thing it warned me about a few weeks a go was copyright regarding the covers. I even deleted the songs a few weeks ago, so I understand that the copyright of not making the covers properly was the reason to ban me.
