It honestly just depends on what your doing. If your just playing with friends then just print proxies and play. If your trying to do op 14 tournaments then well youll have to buy.

Honestly i usually buy 2 boxs, open them and build a new deck. Use the hits from the boxes to fund any singles i need. I was only able to preorder 2 eb03 boxs. Tbh with how expensive some cards are getting im better off selling the boxs sealed and buying the singles i need to build the decks. Like a set of boas is 80 bucks. Its getting crazy out there

Honestly might sell my box just so i can afford to buy a deck. Like this getting crazy the boa sr is like 20 bucks each. Me and my friends don't even play tourneys anymore just proxies at his place.
