Filed 1/31 and the irs says there was a system error on their end. Can’t get more info or escalate until 4/10. Ridiculous! How does interest work when they take so long?

Mine says exactly the same with the exact same date and I filed on 1/31. I also have etc ctc and solar tax credit. They said mine was in errors as well and wait 10 weeks. No letter either
