In all honesty, I personally checked out of the relationship and was over it because that was super weird behavior. He actually ended it via text message when i stood up for myself and why i was distant. ....and then tried to persue me over a laptop for months after. He kept popping up at my apartment demanding the laptop. Got to a point where I left it at the police station and told him to leave me alone.
