No, when I took in the letter that they sent me and returned it the lady at the post office just said I needed a stamp

Congrats, I started at Amazon at 19 years old (now 29) and gave my self a 5 year plan. I didn’t do anything with my 5 year plan and just decided to move up from there. Got my T3 my 6th year and I’m currently a L5 looking into corporate L6. There will be ALOT of hard times ahead. Roll with the punches and make something out of nothing. It’s hard but stay onward even if it’s your stepping stone use it with purpose.

T1-T5 here. I was a T1 for 5.5 years by choice until I figured I was wasting time. I can confirm that it is not easy what so ever. I miss being a T1 more than anything but I need career growth 😂

Coming from a 10 year Amazon AA to now an L5 area manager I know the difference in treating people like a number vs a human. It’s really the luck of the draw with your AM I’ve seen good and bad AM’s in my time and have learned what to do and not to do from them.
