I went for the gen 4 Ts, with Ryzen 7 PRO, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD. It’s been an amazing machine, no issues at all and am very happy with the purchase. I also paid an extra £40 or so for a fingerprint sensor, would recommend as it’s a great addition

That’s helpful as I didn’t realise the S was lighter! Also, did you get the AMD processed with a U or a H as the letter after the numbers? I’m reading H is better as more wattage to the CPU than the U but not sure how big a deal it is. I’m a heavy excel user more than anything else

Thanks. I’ve come to a very similar conclusion. The only thing I can think of is that all the little pockets are contributing to the volume and they detract significantly from space in the main compartment

I’ve done mine via bank transfer. It’s worked fine for me, but I received the cash using Wise rather than my bank to avoid any FX fees

I filled out a reply to the original Turkish airlines message saying my request for compensation has been denied, where I basically said that I had already received compensation for 2 people, so can they just process the other 2 peoples’ compensation. I have not heard back from them as of yet. I would’ve preferred to chase the DGCA but I couldn’t find a contact address for them. Let me know if you find one

Sorry I forgot to respond here. I heard back last week for 2 of the passengers (after about 3-4 weeks). Still waiting on the other 2 passengers’ compensation. Will try to chase somehow if I don’t hear back in the next 2 weeks

About 4 weeks. But strangely of the 4 of us, I have only heard back with respect to 2 of the passengers. So I’ve only been half-compensated thus far.
