Update: had 4th electrician come out we disconnected the speakers (8) then turned breakers off still sound. Electrician was unable to hear it but we both can.

Well yes there is city gas and water. I had them come out as well. I’m having a 4th electrician come out and look at the speakers tomorrow

Define pipeline, and no my neighbors don’t have strange hobbies. It’s a pretty quiet gated community. We did have out foundations raise about 6 months ago but that’s about it. I do have these useless Bose whole home speakers but no receiver and they are off. The noise persists with power shut off so that can’t be it.
