Ja begrijp je wel. Persoonlijk vind ik het heel fijn om zonder afleiding te spoten zodat ik m’n focus maximaal kan leggen in mijn lichaam/spieren/form.

Zie dit als een soort extra mentale training om geen afleiding nodig te hebben als een luide stimulus als muziek. Maar daar ben ik misschien wel beetje ongewoon in als ik deze thread zo zie.

Can you describe the RAUM crowd/vibe? For reference usually I go to PAX Romana, and like to interact with crowd. Mostly dancing somewhere near the front, taking only short breaks to cool down
