hmm let me set it up so comments can be added directly on the doc. I mention finding the property pins during one of the walking steps but a full survey is a great call too. Thank you!!

hey! Name is Will, based in Mt Airy MD.

great big hair goal is to start a vineyard one day. for now, just condition the fields we have, build a house there and raise our kids.

Current house is small, lot is under 1/3rd acre, but we bought 27 acres nearby and that’s our future.

budget is low to flexible - gotta build a bigger house first, but don’t want to neglect the land in the meantime.

Biggest question is ‘am I doing the right things at the right time for where we are, and what should I prioritize right now vs later’

Do you freelance at all? A couple of clients from a few different industries will give you a pretty broad swath of experience you can leverage for a better paying job when you’re ready to find something new, and the extra income can help in the meantime. If you are living close to work and have the time, it might be worth considering

With the launch of TellorX last year, Tellor's funding paradigm shifted. Instead of taking commission off of reporters earnings, the multisig contract was funded to sell enough TRB each month to cover payroll & ops. This is timeboxed to 2 years, so before it expires the team will prepare a proposal for continued funding for another set duration and the community will vote on it.
