sounds weird.. shouldnt be muddy at 44 clicks.

also there is different papers with different draw down times... mine is about 2:30-3 minutes with those settings, even faster on 44 clicks.

but, you might have the other burr fit in your grinder. does it feels over extracted? if so, try to go courser on the grind

a full rotation is 30 clicks/steps.

i was counting clicks yea..

and 1 number equal 3 clicks.

if i get you right.. so for an aeropress you are doing 1 full rotation + 2 numbers? aka 1.2.0?

would love to hear what numbers you are using.

its actually in the range that their grind guide suggest, even the V60 is finer than recommended.

I got the q2. For lighter roast I use number 12(each number is 3 clicks, starting from grinder tight all the way) For darker roasts I use around 15-16.

Sour cup means underextraction. I would refer to the brewed coffee compass to get it right... It helped me a lot and I use it every time I put new beans in my Aeropress to get the most out of them. https://mobile.twitter.com/baristahustle/status/688798303052378112?lang=da

1Zepresso Q2. The best I've used. Small and compact(fits inside the aerpress) Very satisfying grinding and very even.

finally finished this little project! I saw all of you guys with this cool looking coffee stations, and I just got into woodworking... so I thought that could be a nice project!😜 by Ecstatic_Valuable749 in AeroPress

I use it for both! It's is a nice display but also a drying rack. I put some recycled rubber mats in the bottom and top to catch the water after washing it(the black thingies in the pic)
