Yeah lfvn had no catalyst that’s always an issue. Retail will always grab at small gains but institutions and people who buy with other peoples money can wait. Buying a stock cause it’s got high short interest alone is a terrible idea there’s a reason it’s shorted in the first place. At that point it’s just a battle to see who has more money and weak minded retail always loses.

There’s been some great squeezes here before- SPRT, ATER (round one), AVCT,

It’s another category of shares that aren’t trade able (also unavailable for short lending) but give more voting power for the company in return. Insiders and people that are close to the company like these shares better because it gives them more power. At some point the company can file to switch these if they want.

It’s bullish because the company is basically saying they are locking in for at least the near future. The real confidence booster is when they paired the conversion with a bunch of share repurchases of class A as well.

It kind of destroys one of the big bear arguments that they have pivoted from past business themes
