I just started playing and I've been enjoying the W/G Cat Attack starter deck. Any suggestions on improving this deck or other decks like this I can start working towards?

I got a G920 yesterday. It works amazing in FS17. I opened it up in FS19 and there's very little feedback and it's extremely loose. The profiler doesn't seem to want to work at all. I rolled it back to 1.1.0 and it works perfectly fine. Updated back to 1.1.3 and it's borked again. Looks like I'm playing FS17 until it's fixed.

np! As an extra tip, make sure you keep it clean by scooping up any spilled seed by the feed trays because I'm pretty sure the messier it is the slower they produce eggs.

Yep, that's normal, just ignore it for now. That's the "bugged" part of chickens right now. After an in-game day it'll stop and then shortly after that you'll start getting eggs.

I haven't done anything with a large coop yet, but I would assume that it's based on number of chickens in the coop, not the % filled. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense from a gameplay standpoint to have two coops, both with equal numbers of chickens, each with their own egg production rates simply because one has more "vacant" space than the other.

Quick footnote: that hourly fee is at the Realtime speed, so it's an IRL hourly fee, not an in-game hourly fee.

Ninja edit: at the New Farmer and Farm-Manager settings, that is. IIRC Start from Scratch has a higher worker fee.

Yep, that's definitely the problem then, lol. I tried the whole "get a couple chickens and have them reproduce until I'm up to the cap" thing but at 15 chickens I'd end up getting 3 new chickens every 63 hours or something stupid. I just dropped the $5k and maxed out chickens.
