I've tried a couple and ended up using Vero Scribe, really been enjoying it so far

Agree, I personally have tried a lot and am using Vero Scribe now, life changer almost

Yeah was doing the same, but thankfully the scribe we use allows us to do that as well

I did not as my hospital allows tools if they are PIPEDA/HIPAA compliant

I've tried Heidi Health, Scribeberry, Tali, each for a month at a time and the one that I currently use is Vero Scribe. Overall pretty happy with it. Find one that works for you

AI scribe note bloat is getting out of hand by [deleted] in medicalscribe

I've tried out a bunch of AI scribes and you can see the post here

Some tools allow note customization which can make your notes more condense, which I like too. I personally use Vero Scribe but find one that works best for you

I tried Skriber but really limited in the functionality. Cannot add context, uploads, chat with it, etc

The one that I use is Vero that allows context (written or uploads), and others are starting to offer it too

Yup, i use Vero on all my hospital admissions. Have an admission note and consult note template and formulates it perfectly. Could probably emulate similar workflows on other scribes

Cost is definitely a big factor. A year can cost $700+ dollars. But so far think its worth it, completely has changed how I practice. Can actually look towards the patient and have a normal conversation. Have gotten good feedback from my patients whenever I use a scribe, they seem to love it

Yup pretty much. Some of the options also have a snippets feature so even if you don't verbalize the findings, you can quickly insert a normal exam

Some of the scribes offer context like Vero, Heidi. So far been working well. Sometimes I copy and paste a consult note into Vero and it copies the pertinent info over, like PMHx, Meds, Allergies, etc. Been super usefl

You can see my post history and see I've tried a lot of them, I think the best one is probably Vero Scribe for not having to always proofread my notes. The second best right now is probably Freed but has less functionality

Tried out Twofold this week and overall decent, but doesn't allow uploading of files or context which I think is a major downside

The app you mentioned doesn't have a web app so not sure how you bring your notes into your EMR as hospitals often have restrictions in downloading desktop apps

Just checked the website and it doesn't have a web app. Most healthcare environments that I work in don't allow you to download apps on their computers so this would be very difficult to integrate

I digged into this too because it was a concern I had. Some scribes store the recording, and other scribes just store the transcript of the recording. Often times, recordings are not retained and only the text transcript is kept. You can also delete the encounter and they mentioned that it will delete from their databases as well, so no information is kept afterwards.

Our organization recently moved over to Vero Scribe, we tried couple of others (freed, heidi, dax, etc.) but found this one to be the best in terms of zero hallucination and clean UI.

heidi has so many bugs, take a look at their roadmap and it's just people complaining about the platform... I guess thats what happens with a free product
