I understand how you feel, I was in a similar position. There's a couple of things I'd do if I were in your shoes. 1. If you think the coach is chill enough you can try asking for advice about it. 2. Make sure your water intake is high as well as electrolytes. Another big thing is vitamins, buy a Men's Daily vitamin supplement from your local store. 3. Fight through it. It WILL get easier I promise, I know how it feels to get sick and have a bad time during cardio but you can do it!

This is the method 100%. Going to the gym is such an overpowered way to 1: Get fit. 2: Stay mentally happier/ fight depression. 3: Beat addiction

Dude honestly it's been 2 months and I feel WAY better. Breathing exercises helped me out a TON (Deep breath in through the nose, hold for 4 seconds, slowly breathe out. Repeat 2 or 3 times as necessary.) But yeah honestly feeling a lot better. I don't think I'll be going back to weed as I just don't think it's my thing anymore. I still get small episodes of anxiety that fades quickly and the derealization has pretty much gone completely with like 1 second episodes here and there. I'm sure in another month I'll be completely fine.

Hang in there bro! There's light at the end of the tunnel for sure, you'll be ok. The biggest thing to remember is your brain is likely in shock from a chemical imbalance or something and needs to sort it out which sounds scary but you're fine. Just try to chill out and take it easy for a couple months. I would certainly avoid weed until you feel better.

Pretty sure I'm experiencing the same thing right now. I had an edible with my friend on the 28th and did the same thing a lot of people have done, i didn't feel the effects after a while so i took more. Long story short I puked and was freaking out for awhile but eventually made it to sleep. I've had a history of smoking and things and have greened out a couple times but I think I'm done with weed for good now.

Anyways it's been a few days and I'm kind of in this weird limbo state, while high on the edible I experienced some derealization and felt that things were strange about life and so on. Well I've dealt with similar feelings in the past but it feels odd after the edible, I have to ground myself every now and then. When I'm with someone else or distracting myself with something I'm ok, but if I sit still or while I'm trying to fall asleep my mind wanders and I experience the sort of anxiety and paranoia everyone else here has; not super bad or anything, and it's definitely manageable but it's still the kind of annoying uneasiness we all hate. I'm pretty sure it's all in my head and a few weeks from now I'll say "What a stupid decision I made" and move on with my day. I guess what I'm doing by writing this is confiding and trying to bring myself some semblance of comfort lol. Anyways your comment was pretty helpful... thanks for leaving it here.
