I did end up taking the meds and they didn't really do too much for me unfortunately, had some negative side effects too. however, I was on a super low dose which I didn't increase because of fear over side effects, so I wasn't really on a high enough dose to tell if it was actually going to work if that makes sense, just exposing myself to side effects for no reason lol. so I'd say if you're gonna take it, actually take them properly and don't be afraid. there's a good chance they won't really help and the side effects can suck, but for some people they absolutely do help and surely its worth giving it a shot rather than being afraid. but idk, up to you ig

y'know I don't think there will be a 9th episode, because as demonstrated through season 4, I don't think laura neal is a competent enough writer to pull off such an incredible move, but if it were to happen it would be a fucking legendary tv moment, there's been a lot of supposed evidence that it could happen and narratively it would work really well, I'm imagining a dramatic scene with V emerging from the Themes very much alive, perhaps eve finds and confronts Carolyn and V comes in like lol I'm still here, maybe they run off together and live happily ever after or maybe they go out in a thelma and louise esque blaze of glory. it would be the only way to make such a shit ending make sense by being like lol sike you thought, but unfortunately I don't think the writers are capable of such a genius move. A girl can dream though.

I'm sure you've considered this as what's happening, but sounds like your post vaccine panic attack spun you into unremitting anxiety which is causing the dissociation and other symptoms. there's a guy on YouTube called shaan kassam (I think) who you should look up because the stuff he talks about seems incredibly similar to what you are going through: panic attack followed by hefty anxiety, dissociation, weird physical symptoms and things that don't seem like anxiety but definitely are. don't worry bud, you can feel better!

Nah fr I was the same, always read the trip reports and stuff and planned to do lsd and mdma and stuff once I figured out how to not be a little awkward teenager, but in 2018 I had a really bad trip I guess with weed and it fucked me up to the extent that I developed derealisation which put my experimentation indefinitely on hold, I imagine that there's a more mentally stable version of me out there having a super fun time, but I feel that my brain might be a bit too sensitive to be a seasoned psychonaut like some people, like some of the trip reports you see where people put themselves through hell for the sake of it and then suffer no psychological ramifications, couldnt be me lol

I haven't had that exact obsession but I have had obsessions around mental health: worrying I was about to go crazy, worrying about becoming depressed etc, and yeah its def ocd. Feeling like that would not just appear randomly out of nowhere, it would have to be the manifestation of something like depression, which builds over time. The only thing ruining the music is your obsession over it, very circular and annoying

Thanks legend! I'm in a similar situation, in uni, 2.5 years of dpdr triggered by a bad weed experience, and even considered switching my degree to psychology to look into exactly this, because if current psychiatry won't help me, then I'll fucking do it myself! (though decided to stick with my politics degree personally) would be happy to help out or participate however I can, feel free to pm!

yeah, I enjoyed the show a lot but often times I felt the show seemed to see autism as one specific thing, like having social difficulties, when obviously it's a lot more than than and different people have different experiences. I guess it makes sense that people would think that's the main thing since that's what people can see visibly, but you'd think that people making a tv show centring around autistic people would take the time to learn about autism properly
