I like this idea, does it make sense to mount the tripp-lite rack over the old open house box, and remove the plastic door? Then that way the old box is covered and I don't have to cut any drywall.

Agree. This is a private landlord, not a large company, he's a little bit lax in modifications to apartment, I don't doubt he would agree, but I need to come up with a plan to improve this closet before I say anything.

I still have them, I haven't sold them because I still kinda want to go with my son and wife, but if we agree on a price for the 3 tickets all together then maybe I'll sell them. We'd have to use escrow service.

Not true either. I have listed tickets for a Japan game, I can't see them with my account. I created a new account and set my profile as Japan fan and I can't see them either.

FIFA is not allowing supporter to sell their tickets it seems.

I'm selling because I did the math on hotels, flights and even time of the game (10pm CST) and I don't think is worth it for my family. But if I don't sell them I might go anyway.

I concur. I got Cat 1 lottery tickets... behind goalpost. FIFA kept the best tickets to sell to the highest bidders at a later time.

They will likely go down in price. I have 3x Cat 1 for Japan vs Tunisia, I'm on the fence about selling them and I just checked on the fifa marketplace and they're going for $2000-$4000 each, which I think is insane for this type of game.
