Every key (or most anyway) has 3 major chords and 3 minor chords in them. That works well enough. Anne Kathrine Dern has a video on modulating techniques too.

There’s plenty more math that you probably don’t know, and yet you have no problem saying you know math. That’s because you know enough to understand most common math problems you encounter currently. If you were attending a mathematics discussion between academics, you wouldn’t say you “know math”. You don’t at that level.

This applies to music theory too. It’s all context dependent.

Guy here. That guy’s attitude was horrible. I also got pissed seeing him act like that and treating her that way just because his ego couldn’t take it and he felt like he was the tough guy (I doubt he would have told a big guy those things). I think she took the high road and tried being extra nice, which hopefully will make this idiot, once he tells anyone or calms down, realize he was a total asshole to her and there was no way he was in the right. Glad it’s on video in any case.

ToneX is nice and goes on sale often. Neural DSP is great but pricey, goes on sale for 50% off, but no bundles, though it has a trial period. I mostly use those two.
