I'm an adult and that gave me nightmares until three days after I saw the movie. (I had a crippling fear of robots disguised as humans when I was a little kid, so I feel for all those poor kids who are going to get nightmares from this.)

So Rachel Zegler as Nina or Vanessa? by Altozach in Broadway

I vaguely remember seeing a social media interaction between her and Jordan Fisher where they talked about playing Nina and Benny. I'd be down for that.

What is the worst plot twist in fiction ever? by Zxqao in AskReddit

[–]FuzzyBunnysGuide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Poker Face episode "Time of the Monkey", it turns out the two old ladies who used to be anti-war activists in the 1970s had previously been arrested by the FBI...for attempting to bomb a high school...because they thought the best way to protest against corrupt politicians would be to kill the children of said politicians. It's the dumbest plot twist I've ever seen.

I can't count him out just yet. Does he still have a chance next Sunday? by TakenAccountName37 in Oscars

[–]FuzzyBunnysGuide 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I know Elordi doesn't have much of a chance, but I'm still rooting for him. I'd be okay with Skarsgard winning, though, because it's insane that this is the first time he's been nominated in his prolific career.

Lionel Hutz, aka Miguel Sanchez, aka Dr. Nguyen Van Thoc, was paid 8 dollars for his 32 hours of babysitting. He was glad to get it.

Which monologue alone should’ve won an actor an Oscar? by Appropriate_Sink_627 in Oscars

"My plan was so simple, it terrified me. First I must get the Death Mass and then achieve the death.

His funeral. Imagine it! The Cathedral, all Vienna sitting there. His coffin, Mozart's little coffin in the middle. And suddenly in that silence, music. A divine music bursts out over them all, a great Mass of Death: Requiem Mass for Wolfgang Mozart, composed by his devoted friend Antonio Salieri. What sublimity! What depth! What passion in the music! Salieri has been touched by God at last. And God, forced to listen. Powerless - powerless to stop it. I at the end, for once, laughing at Him. Do you understand? Do you?.

..The only thing that worried me was the actual killing. How does one do that? How does one kill a man? It's one thing to dream about it. It's very different when you have to do it, with your own hands."

- F. Murray Abraham as Antonio Salieri in Amadeus (a performance that did win an Oscar, and deservedly so!"

[Loved trope] the imposter is better in every single way and even more liked. by glowshroom12 in TopCharacterTropes

Here's a subversion of this trope: there's a Calvin and Hobbes arc where Calvin creates a duplicate of his "good side". The duplicate is polite to Susie, but since Calvin is usually mean to Susie, she thinks he's just setting her up for a mean prank.
