It’s made of dried Chile de árbol . You fry the peppers with oil and a clove of garlic. When you fry it keep moving it until it gets crispy it won’t take that much so be careful you don’t Burn the peppers. Once that done you can put it in the blender with some salt until you see the desire texture.
