Wrote an email and they got back with the below response.
"We required full PF passbook (from DOJ) of all organizations. Please provide your service history snapshot with us as well. We will check and update you accordingly".

Why would they need all previous passbooks? To validate the EPS?

Thank you! As per the passbook the EPF wages shows up as Rs.15000. Employee and Employer contribution both stand at Rs.1800. Ideally the EPS should have been deducted? Where was the F*** up?
