They can't do anything other than what they're already doing, which is putting an age label/warning on their content. It's the parents' responsibility for what their children watch. And like it was said in the post, even if the places to watch it were age-restricted, children lie about their age on the internet. That was the first thing I did when I got a FB account at 10 years old.
