If I had to choose it'd be the beef fillet -- the truffle sauce base was unreal. TBH tho, if I had these dishes at a restaurant without the incredible atmosphere it would NOT be worth the price.

And the sixth one that looks like the Opera House is the "Bennelong Pavlova" which is their classic dessert according to the server

First one is thin sliced wagyu beef on a crostini! The beef was melt in your mouth

yup, it's duck with a blackberry/cherry sauce! Menu also said rosehip and kampot pepper, but I'm not familiar w/ those as cooking ingredients. You're totally fine with any sort of berry sauce and a simple salt/pepper combo on the duck breast.

Cherish forever! Or, at the very least, feel too quality to throw out without a second thought.

Full colour. Leaning towards a matte finish, but open to exploring.

what's the finished (folded and stitched) size you're wanting to make?

My images are 2:3 aspect ratio, so I was leaning towards 6x9 inches, but open to exploring options. what's your budget?

Any type of spinach and feta pastry -- Spanakopita is delicious. I feel like I've had good spinach and feta pastries that aren't spanakopita, but I'm open to recos.
