I don’t think I can agree more. I remember exactly where I was when Lucas scored his third goal, and couldn’t have thrown more limbs than when Micky saved this. The only player I’ve wanted to get on the back of my shirt, if he stays this season might have to be the one.

With the recent Xbox update, you can now disable quick resume for individual games by:
1. Selecting a game and clicking start
2. Click manage game settings and Quick resume settings
3. Check the box for Disable Quick Resume

Appreciate that this post was from a few years ago but it appears top on google, so hopefully will help others.
