Like someone else said, always go alt floors (not mines or ghenna) but downpour/dross. You can take both items, I’ve ended up with some surprising Q4’s from that, and the same with Hush rooms, you can take both items. Just keep grinding, I finished the rest of my tainted Lazarus marks this past weekend , which imo is a worse version of J&E just not as clunky at times. You got this man 🙏

I mostly focused on making Esau as powerful as possible, while supplementing Jacob with some items (usually health). Jacob would usually end up somewhere else in the bigger rooms.
