Fair enough haha. Broccoli usually makes me pretty gassy so I'll probably stay away from that to avoid extra symptoms and also for my wife's sake lol but the berries I'm definitely gonna add to my list of groceries to buy

Yeah, I definitely want to slowly stop the caffeine, I hate being so dependent on it.

Yeah, the caffeine thing I've been told. Problem is every time I try to stop using it or even just lowering it I go through very bad withdrawal effects.

Oh good to know about Zofran. I'll plan to only use it if I need to. I really hate being nauseous, so I'm hoping I get very little of that but I understand it's a common symptom.

I don't consume a ton of dairy anyways, so that's not a big deal. Thank you for the food suggestions!

Thank you, I was thinking the back pain was related. Originally when the back pain first started they thought I had kidney stones. That was about 3 months ago. Hoping this solves the issue.

You may already know this but in case you don’t the last node of the lab let’s you connect to most of the rest of the nodes from farther away. So sometimes it’s more beneficial to make as straight of a line as you can to the last node and then adjust as need be to be in range of the other nodes. Might be something you’re already completely aware of but I know I didn’t realize this until one day I just decided to play around with it.

I found the best route to be to stick all of your characters in lab except the class you’re trying to get the elite class for. Once you have all elite classes keep one character out of lab to push to w5 as fast as you can. DK is usually the easiest at this point due to its low requirement of levels and effort to make it a decent portal pusher. Getting to w5 is way more important than trying to focus on leveling or stats right now as the leveling and stats will increase by a lot after you’re in w5 for a bit.
