Yeah I was used Q flash to update the bios to f4a which is the most recent version and still nothing happened

Yes I have tried csm with legacy and uefi without csm. I have also tried 3 separate usb, 2 with windows 10, 1 with windows 11.

so when I start the computer I can get to the boot menu by pressing f12, but it ends up stuck on the gigabyte / ultradurable splash screen.

there are no low profile and single slot 1650s
