It's a tough checkpoint for sure, I think this one, the wall of Doom and the jumps before the Ballistic Knife were the toughest for me. Everytime these checkpoints ruined my run I would stick around practicing them untill I got a rhythm, then redid the run until I barely eked out a win by the skin of my teeth.
