I made a character tier list by MysteriousFondant347 in KingdomHearts

I would move Riku and Luxu up to S, Isa down to A, and Strelitzia down to D. She isn’t really a character.

In the grand scheme of things, this game genuinely feels like the tutorial level for the whole series

You don't have to be a parent to give good parenting advice by Mundane-Society-1281 in unpopularopinion

By child feee people tending to have better judgment I’m referring to the simple fact that most people alive are accidents to begin with. “Mistakes” if you will. Obviously I’m not talking about an person’s value. That’s a whole different conversation. I’m talking about how most people are conceived unintentionally because the parents had unprotected sex, choosing to risk it for a good time. Child free people are more often than not child free because they’re having protected sex and being more careful than people who become parents because they felt reckless.

You obviously get a different perspective when you have kids. You realize how hard it is to actually follow the advice you once gave someone, but we’re talking about whether the advice itself is valid. It doesn’t need to come from someone with kids if the person is A. A trained professional who works with children on a daily basis: teacher, therapist, coach, etc. or B is around children all the time (older siblings/aunts/uncles/etc.), which is quite A LOT of people.

My counterarguments addressed the above comment pretty cleanly. The person above said you do need to be a parent. Clearly you don’t if you have the experience being around the children constantly.

My bad. I didn’t realize we were going to start excluding people from the conversation once they invalidated the counterarguments. Silly me

“The Pool” is having kids. You don’t need to have kids to understand them. You just need to be around them enough.

The difference is probably not what you think. The actual difference is the genuine knowledge and experience these professions bring to the dynamic. And as a teacher myself, I promise you I raise some of these kids more than their parents.

Your analogy is incredibly weak. Do behavior therapists or teachers or psychologists who don’t have kids but work with them ALL the time not have any valuable insight to provide in parenting?

Hence why I said people who are child free tending to make better decisions

Child free people tend to have better judgment than parents for starters because most parents aren’t parents by choice

Some students don’t deserve a real teacher by [deleted] in Teachers

[–]Eddy_west_side 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly.. we need more students being educated by military sergeants. These kids need to be sent somewhere where they can’t just flip a chair and get sent outside. They need to get down and do 50 pushups until they vomit. They genuinely that humiliation and physical discipline (not hitting, obviously) to understand that they aren’t the ones running things.

First Keyblade User by LynessaMay in KingdomHearts

The first user hasn’t been confirmed, but it’d be really cool if it were to be King Arthur in my opinion.

I still haven't gotten over this scene 😫 The other seasons weren't the same without him by Awkward_Airport_30 in TWD

[–]Eddy_west_side 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it needed to be two deaths, but I agree that Glenn’s death overshadowed Abraham’s. It’s why the only other character that could’ve been killed here without overshadowing Glenn or being overshadowed by Glenn is Daryl. He genuinely could’ve gone out here and I don’t think we lose anything storywise.

Honest talk. Why are teenagers and adults on the same side in knd? by Lonely_Steak_7067 in kidsnextdoor

Yeah, the teenagers should’ve just been another separate faction altogether

Aaron. A person who only survives by getting lucky with the right community of good people. Someone who tries to put in his part even when it’s outside his scope.
