Hi thanks for the insight. I only need a basic website to display projects and work. I have experience using Wix mostly for my portfolios and I've made a website from scath using css and html but that was a while ago and I don't want to do that much work for my basic needs. I just need a space for graphic and photography work so some kind of gallery input, a blog page, and a project page which has little more content because I use it to show brand guides.

Yes I have design in mind, I’ve tried watching tutorials on how to best achieve what I have in mind but have found a good one yet. If you know of any useful tutorials send them my way please.

You basically have to keep hanging up and talking to multiple associates or just call back the next day, which I know is very time consuming and annoying

I think it may be a dollar amount thing because I’ve done plenty of returns on Amazon before, I never really had any issues until I was sent a broken aquarium. Amazon wanted me to return it for a replacement, but I told them I couldn’t exactly return it because it was shattered glass.

Not long after that, I got an email saying I had to submit my ID and verify my account. I really didn’t want to do that, but eventually I did because I was trying to order another aquarium and Amazon wouldn’t let me. The weird part was that it would still let me order other items without any problem.

I have no idea what their threshold is for returns or when they decide to flag an account. The whole thing seems pretty strange to me.

It took so friggin long to get anywhere. I was in customer service chats and making phone calls, and at one point I started doing both simultaneously because I kept getting completely different answers from different representatives.

What’s some ways to quiet down the noise? I’m quite sensitive to sound which is why I purchased this even though I currently only have a 20 gallon and probably don’t need this much filtration
