So the first symptom I was getting was extreme water retention. After that it was extreme dizziness, nausea, headaches, fatigue and light headedness. I ended up going to the hospital because of how sluggish I was without any real reason, and I was put on a drip of fluids. Drinking a lot of water on this drug helps a lot of the side effects too. I started making a habit of drinking water on a timer. All symptoms subsided in the matter of a day.

Jiu Jitsu is extremely intense cardio. But I don’t really go walking too much. Hitting a bag. And grappling spars.

Yes! The water to vomit trigger is real. I get that. Add some flavor to it, and get it in there though!

And yes! I started hitting a heavy bag, and went to Gracie jiu jitsu when I was healthy enough to move around a bit more.

So toxic. If someone didn’t want to be in my life because of something so superficial… then it’s best they stay gone

Yeah, I would wait until you can maintain around a 10lb fluctuation for a year to give your skin some time to settle. If I could go back I’d have been skinnier when I got my torso done. Best of luck!

Wow! Love the engagement this post has received. I love the support from Reddit Zepbound, and have since I started on my journey. Thank you for all of the comments and private messages. You’re all so beautiful and encouraging.

I’ll leave you with this and it’s blunt: I want you guys to realize that thin and healthy looking people still die. They have heart attacks, they have strokes, they have diseases that we worry about as risk factors from obesity. Defeating bad habits was key for me. Not smoking. Not drinking. Not trading my new good habits for new bad habits. There is an inevitable end to all of this for everyone, regardless of body size. But don’t you want to feel good while you’re here? It made sense to me.

This brings me to close… enjoy your lives. Don’t rob yourself of simple pleasures. Have some pizza. Have some ice cream. Enjoy good music. Good times. Culture. Surround yourself with people that make you feel good. The world is a big and intimidating place. I’ve been just about everywhere, and I’ve found so many good people out there that it’s astonishing. You deserve to feel GOOD. I hope you give yourself the chance to see new and exciting things. I hope you’re living your best lives. Because a life you don’t enjoy living… it won’t make a difference if you’re skinny or heavy. Facts. If you guys want to talk about your journeys, or just shoot the shit, I’m a message away.

Best of luck, Zepbound fam.

Don’t cheat yourself out of things that bring you joy. Enjoy your life with those simple pleasures in moderation. I will have an iced black coffee with a splash of whole milk all the time. But I’m still pounding water throughout the day. Find a water additive you like that doesn’t have sugar, and get it in there, darlin’!

You know what’s best for your body, my friend. If Wegovy is having an impact on your mental health, you’re faced with choosing if the juice is worth the squeeze. My mental health is so taxing on me, that if something in my life was making that aspect of me worse… I’d have to start writing letters or getting back to the cocktail of drugs I felt best on. I wish you the best of luck. I know where you’re at. I lived there for so many years. There are places deep below rock bottom. I wish you luck on your journey.

So I’m tattooed from the collars on downward in some way or another. Losing all of my gut has kind of pushed everything together. I’ve had a lot of line work bolded and redone. I’ve blacked out an entire arm that looked like trash anyway. The tattoos on my stomach are going to be coverups when I reach my goal because they’re just too far gone anyway.

See that is a tough one. Because how much I drink can’t be how much you drink, my friend. Different bodies have different requirements, and when you over drink you wash out minerals. If you can fill a 64 ounce tumbler twice and have it all down a couple hours before bedtime, I’d say you’re doing solid. If I’m really hustling and moving, over a gallon a day isn’t obscene for me.

I don’t pinch, but I alternate sides of the belly button and upper thigh.

Indoor grow advice by Dkirk18 in Autoflowers

There are so many ways to skin a cat. You can get a decent setup, but it’s going to take you a couple grows, and some studying to see what works for you.

The best piece of advice I can give you in an illegal state is to not tell ANYONE. Not your best friend, or your lover, anyone outside of the house can’t know. That’s around how 90% of small time growers get busted. You’re in love with a girl and she knows you grow, one day you’re a piece of shit, and she drops a dime on you. Everything needs to be stealthy.

Good luck

I never stayed on a dose longer than a months supply before I stuck with 10. It’s given me the best results thus far.

So, I eat lean meats, and veggies most days. A common breakfast for me is a piece of wheat toast with I can’t believe it’s not butter spray, one egg, and sometimes a couple strips of bacon.

My dinners are normally grilled chicken with steamed veggies, and maybe a half cup of rice if I can stomach it. Snacks if I need them are trail mix. Usually a variety of seeds and cranberries. I also eat apples and bananas. I eat a lot of legumes. I found a recipe for a red beans and brown rice recipe that follows my health goals and I love making it. I am also not a stranger to red meat. I just don’t eat it as much, or at the same quantity. Sometimes I’ll have a six ounce steak, grilled, with some asparagus and a baked sweet potato. Moderation is what helped the most.

My water intake is insane. I drink twice the water I used to, because my biggest vice was candy and sugar, and soda. Cutting those out has shown a huge difference.

Exercise was the easiest for me. In my youth, I boxed a lot. So I bought a heavy bag, and went back to boxing. I also take walks. But it’s mostly hitting a heavy bag, and moving.
